Here at Big Blue we take care with your personal information, this has resulted in us investing in the best systems to protect our customers that we can. A summary of these are as follows;

1. All original documents are returned to you by recorded delivery, the same day as we receive them.

2. All non original documentation is scanned and then shredded.

3. All information held by us on computer is not stored on the premises, in any form. All our data is encrypted and stored in a bank level storage facility. We operate the highest level of security that is available to us and access to this information is strictly restricted.

4. We are regulated by the Data Protection Act and licensed to store such data.

5. We never share this information with anyone, except during the underwriting process.

6. As a part of our not sharing policy we will never pass on your data or personal information to any third party, so you will never receive junk mail or phone calls from any third party as a result of contacting us.

7. We also operate a system that prevents numerous credit checks being done against your name. Did you know the more credit checks that are done against your name or address, the worse the prospect is for you gaining finance? There are many brokers which would send your details to a great many finance companies, who would credit check you. We don't do this.

8. We only use this data to facilitate your current application, any future applications or provide you with further product information.

9. We may also refer to the information you have supplied to us to assist you, should the need arise, in communication with the underwriter for any reason.
